HDPE
T-shirt bags are made in three
basics steps |
 |
|
| |
The Hdpe granules along with
the desired color of master batch
(if required) are feed into the
extruding machine where it is
melted and pumped through an
annular die , the molten extrude
is then blown into a bubble of
the desired width and thickness,
the bubble is then cooled and
then collapsed through nips and
rollers and then it is finally
wrapped into rolls. |
| |
|
 |
|
| |
These rolls are then passed
through the printing machine (if
required) where a drum of the
required design prints on the
plain film , as the film passes
through the rollers the
impression of the drum is
pressed upon the plain film in
the desired color, it dries as
it passes through rolls before
which it is again wrapped into
rolls. |
| |
|
 |
|
| |
These rolls are finally put
on a bag making machine where
the film is passed through the
rollers, first the film is cut
and sealed as per the required
size, it is then piled together
in bunches and finally this
bunch is passed ahead where a
handle of the desired shape is
punched on to the film. To
finish the process the process
these bags are packed into
cartons as per specifications. |
